For over a decade, the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 has remained one of aviation’s greatest unsolved mysteries. Despite extensive search efforts, the aircraft has not been located, and key questions remain unanswered.

At the same time, a significant body of satellite communication data—specifically Burst Timing Offset (BTO) and Burst Frequency Offset (BFO)—continues to provide measurable, testable information about the aircraft’s final hours.

The issue is not a lack of data.
The issue is how that data has been interpreted, tested, and applied.

 
Why is this important?
Every year that passes without resolution represents:

  • Continued uncertainty for families Ongoing allocation of resources without confirmed direction Missed opportunities to test alternative, data-driven approaches Advancements in signal analysis, modeling, and computational tools now make it possible to revisit this data in new, structured ways.
  • If a method exists that can be tested quickly and either validated or disproven, it should be evaluated.

 
What is the proposed solution?
This petition calls for an independent, controlled evaluation of a signal-based reconstruction method using existing MH370 satellite data.

The method:

Uses BTO (distance) and BFO (Doppler motion)
Applies time alignment and aircraft motion constraints
Produces a repeatable, testable flight path reconstruction
The goal is not to replace existing work, but to test an additional method under controlled conditions.

This can be done through:

Flight simulation environments
Independent aerospace review
Comparative modeling against known data
 
What are we asking decision-makers to do?
We are asking relevant organizations—including:

Boeing
Ocean Infinity
Malaysian authorities
to:

Review the proposed signal reconstruction methodology.
Conduct a controlled simulation or validation test.
Publicly report whether the method aligns or conflicts with known data
 

Why now?
Technology has advanced.
Data remains available.
And the cost of testing a method is significantly lower than the cost of continued uncertainty.

If a method can be tested in days—and potentially narrow the search—it is worth evaluating.

 
Why this is personal
This has become a personal mission for me because I believe the final narrative surrounding MH370 must be grounded in measurable evidence—not assumption.

Over time, the actions of the captain and first officer have often been interpreted through the lens of intent, without fully exhausting what the signal data may reveal about system behavior and aircraft response.

I am not asking anyone to accept a different conclusion.
I am asking for the opportunity to test one.

If the signal can be used to reconstruct motion, then it should also be used to evaluate cause.

I believe that before any final determination is made—especially one involving intent—every testable, signal-based explanation should be explored.

 

This petition is not a claim of certainty. It is a call for evaluation.

If the method is incorrect, testing will show it.
If it is correct, it may help bring resolution to one of aviation’s most important unanswered questions.
