There is a huge concern for a generation of older citizens, that are stuck in hospitals with serious illnesses and disabilities and not being given the proper health, and social care advice and support . The standard of care homes are appalling, and costly and are still a profit making industry. When is this going to be controlled or capped  ?

For our parents, family members, grandparents there is no choice for these patients. Some having to sell their homes in an emergency to fund this ?  Where are these retirement villages being built to help this generation? Let’s stop feeding the wealthy care homes ? what about our genuine old people who have nothing? how are they cared for ? 

For an older citizen on their own, with no family, it’s terribly concerning if they are stuck in a hospital with no care nothing ? no advise just abandonment. 

When will this generations voice be heard ?they have paid into this system all of their lives, to be told there is no help, or get a family member to be your carer and we will pay you carers allowance ? this is  an utter disgrace when so much money is wasted in the uk.

This system is at breaking point, and we are all seeing this daily in the nhs and care system.  Please help me and  support our elder generation, whom don’t have a voice or choice, whom are left on a pile and discarded by this gov .
