Donna Jones, Hampshire and IoW Police and Crime Commissioner has defended those involved in violent behaviour and rioting, claiming that such actions are attempts to 'protect Britain's identity and sovereignty.' Further, she stated the arrest of these individuals is merely 'treating the symptom and not the cause.'  

Such views disqualify her from a leadership role, as they demonstrate a clear lack of understanding and respect for the law-abiding citizens she is meant to represent and protect and the police officers tasked with safeguarding the pubic from an angry mob.
