To the CEO of Disney;

This petition is hoping that you would be a better CEO than your predecessor and make decisions that will positively impact everyone.

We, the LGBT+ fans of Disney, would appreciate it if you could implement permanently and maintain the following ideas:

1. Please withdraw Disney's services and presence from known homophobic countries and regions, predominantly China, Russia and the Middle East. In exchange ,focus more marketing, services and content production in gay-friendly and LGBT-accepting countries and regions.
2. Disney should promote healthy LGBT+ role models, heroes, characters and relationships throughout their films, tv series, theme parks and assorted media.
3. Disney should, without delay, permanently make weekly/monthly sustainable and substantial donations to LGBT+ rights organisations and get them involved at Disney. Make LGBT+ involvement the top priority and ensure open and free communication between all parties.

The reasoning behind these suggestions is to show Disney is a genuinely family-friendly, reputable and trustworthy company. LGBT+ and queer kids and adults will have role models they look up to and take pride in. More people in the animation industry would want to work with Disney and it will educate the people and public at large.

Through this, Disney will assist in dispelling untruths and lies, by combatting bigotry, misinformation and wilful ignorance. 

We are hoping that our signatures and presence will prove to Disney the need for healthy and positive LGBT+ and queer role models.
