Here's the WHY (???)

We contact the SENATORS because from a Political standpoint the care benefits come from the STATE'S BUDGET. Only the SENATE can AMEND HB-33 to reflect care benefits for the Disabled & Ohio's Mental Health. 

$36 per day is NOT enough to: House, transport, provide personal care services, 3 meals per day, and more for ADULTS. Child care providers are paid more PLUS a reimbursement stipend for food which we are NOT eligible for :-(

We have already been denied our proposed increase with ONE OPPORTUNITY remaining to form a basis for an Appeal. That basis is Agreement from the Community. Now our appeal must be submitted to the SENATE. We did not obtain enough signatures in time to be effective with our [State Reps] 

To meet the Appeals criteria we need 2,000 signatures IMMEDIATELY!!

Once you take a moment to help. If you can also ask TEN ppl who care about the Mental Health & Disabled Population in some way, or TEN compassionate people that you know to do the same...a little can go a long way.
