Michael Ray Turner is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 10th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Republican Party, Turner has represented the district, which includes Dayton and Springfield, since its designation as the 3rd district from 2003 to 2013. His political career began as the Mayor of Dayton, a position he held from 1994 to 2002. Turner has been a consistent presence in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving multiple terms. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University, a JD from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton. In addition to his political career, Turner has experience as an attorney and private law practice owner.
