Dear Activision, Beenox, and all developers involved in the Crash Team Racing franchise,

We, the undersigned, kindly request the development and release of a PC version of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, with a particular emphasis on launching it on the Steam platform.

Since its launch in June 2019, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has sold over 10 million copies across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. This outstanding result proves the continued popularity and potential of the title — and releasing it on PC would only strengthen its legacy and broaden its audience.

Previous games from the Crash and Spyro franchises have performed very well on PC:

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy sold over 2 million copies on PC (via Steam),

Spyro Reignited Trilogy reached approximately 1 million units sold on PC,

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, despite limited distribution, also found its fan base among PC players.

These numbers clearly demonstrate that the PC gaming community is deeply interested in these franchises. Releasing CTR Nitro-Fueled on Steam, the largest and most widely used digital PC gaming platform, would provide the best chance for commercial and critical success.

We strongly propose releasing the PC version either first on Steam or simultaneously across other platforms (such as Epic Games Store or Microsoft Store). Doing so would:

Ensure maximum visibility through Steam’s community features (reviews, forums, achievements),

*Enable support for the Steam Deck, which is gaining traction among gamers,

*Generate renewed media attention and spark community engagement,

*Offer the smoothest user experience thanks to Steam’s ecosystem.

We would also like to share a personal story:

During a recent get-together with friends, one of us suggested we play Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. The game captivated us so much that we played all night long, laughing and competing like old times. Unfortunately, as PC gamers, we do not have access to this title on our primary platform. Ever since the game was announced, my friend and I — both long-time PC players — have dreamed of seeing it come to PC.

We are convinced that a PC release — particularly on Steam — would be a commercial success and a meaningful gesture to the passionate PC gaming community that has supported Crash Bandicoot for years.
