Reinstate Brian Horowitz as Fordham Track & Field coach
Reinstate Brian Horowitz as Fordham Track & Field coach
The Issue
Coach Horowitz was abruptly let go by the Fordham athletic department June 17 citing “a new direction” and “wanting to win”- This feels like a step backward for everyone who wishes to see Fordham’s track and field team succeed both on and off the field. His unique ability to connect with athletes, inspire excellence, and foster a strong alumni network is irreplaceable. He fosters men and women for others.
We urge the Fordham Athletics Department to reconsider their decision and reinstate Brian Horowitz as the head coach of the track and field team.
Please sign this petition to support Coach Brian Horowitz and emphasize the importance of strong, compassionate leadership that is open to a new athletic department vision and a bias to win.
