We, the People, of the United States of America call on Congress to formally invoke Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as pertains to the 45th President of the U.S., Donald J. Trump, Sr., who took an Oath "as an officer of the United States ... to support the Constitution of the United States" and engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the U.S., or gave “aid or comfort” to those who broke-in and entered the Capitol on January 6, 2021, who wished to “stop” the Electoral College vote count so that Trump is disqualified to "hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State".
