It is a disgrace that Western Governments have basically abandoned Noureddin and Sylvia.
What has happened to them is wrong and something needs to be done about it soon or it appears that Western Governments are condoning such barbaric practices.

It’s crazy to think that after all these years they weren’t been registered publicly smh. Guns have been entering the country for decades yet pepper spray is illegal. How can a woman protect herself with her bare hands against guns? It’s crazy to think women have ran this country before yet the impacts don’t reflect on women’s safety.
My concerns for this matter, did not begin because of what is happening just now, I remember over 25yrs ago when too kids went missing in down town Kingston a boy and a girl, they were found days after, the little girl was rapped and killed. Nothing happened. I am in awe to see the stage at which
Jamaica is in. I am a proud Jamaican that is a shame to see the direction my beautiful Island is going, our children aren't allowed to grow up, their innocent are taken from them. The penalties need to improve not just the publication of the list. This is making me very emotional just thinking about it. I hope this petition gets somewhere. Thank you
As a survivor abuse in my relationships, including work environments, it is imperative to be able to voice this allowed, so victims feel heard, supported and safe.
