As an American, I stand firmly with Ukraine and President Zelensky. His bravery in the face of such adversity is nothing short of inspiring. It’s disheartening to see him treated with such disrespect when he's fighting for his country’s freedom and sovereignty. I believe in the values of democracy, freedom, and human rights, and I’m proud to show my support for Ukraine during this critical time. But America needs to help Ukraine push those Russian armies out. It is clear that losing Ukraine would be detrimental to Europe and world stability. America made a deal with Ukraine that it would defend Ukraine in case of a conflict, in exchange for denuclearization. We must keep our end of the deal! I also fully support Ukraine’s path to NATO membership. There are ways to achieve this without direct NATO-Russia conflict, such as phased integration, security guarantees similar to Article 5, and interim defense agreements with NATO allies. Ukraine deserves the security and stability that NATO provides, and its membership would strengthen global peace and democracy.
