There are so many other ways to get folate in diet. We don’t need to enrich our grains with it. There’s a reason that is mandatory listed with ingredients, because synthetic folic acid is TOXIC.

We are so sick of it. It’s in everything in the grocery store. We have so many products limited that we can’t eat, and if you consider multiple products being consumed throughout the day, we are being bombarded with loads of synthetic folic acid, that our bodies cannot process!! Enough! We go to Europe and eat whatever we want and we are fine but in our own country, our food makes us sick! Why?
