It seems as though it is unfashionable to be Sudanese and hungry - only if you come from Gaza does the world sit up and take notice. Not that I want the Gazans to go hungry - but it would be nice if people cared about everyone at risk, not just some.

I write to express my deep anguish and condemnation of the horrific massacres targeting South Sudanese and Darfuri civilians in Al Jazeera, Sudan. The deliberate slaughter of innocent men, women, and children is a gross violation of human rights and international law. Such atrocities cannot be ignored.
I call on the international community, global leaders, and human rights organizations to denounce these acts of violence and hold Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and his regime accountable. Justice demands an immediate investigation into these crimes and the prosecution of those responsible. Furthermore, urgent humanitarian aid must be delivered to survivors, and measures must be implemented to protect vulnerable communities.
This is a plea for justice and humanity. Silence in the face of such brutality is complicity. I urge the global community to act decisively, ensuring accountability and working toward sustainable peace in Sudan. Innocent lives depend on our collective action.
