He was willfully out looking to “bang” with someone, with a loaded gun and the intention to harm someone. No remorse and no intention of turning himself in until they ID’d him. From his past history it clearly shows that this was an intentional act and he knew what he was doing. If it wasn’t Conner that night it would have been someone else. Does anyone really think 10 years is going to change who he is? As someone who knows people affected by this senseless murder I can tell you the trauma he caused will last more than 10 years. Short sentences and plea deals are why these things happen. You commit 4 or 5 felonies and IF they catch you you plead down to 2 and then have those lumped together so you only serve time for 1. Hardly seems fair.

Although, 12 years is like a slap on the wrist to the dirtbag who took decades of life he had in front of him, and a slap in the face to the friends and family of Connor Bundock. The sad excuse of a human who felt whatever object connor had was more valuable than Connors life, should not be free in our society leaving the innocent to worry if/when it will happen next. In the two years it took to find the criminal, he had already committed other crimes and never turned himself in, showing no remorse and continued signs of bad behavior. Not to mention he was already on probation during the time he murdered an innocent young man who had dreams, goals and already so many accomplishments. Rest in peace Connor.
