3 yrs ago my ex, who btw was not interested in caring for our 3 little girls while we were together, became custodial parent after holding my babies hostage at his mothers house. It took me months to get a lawyer and get a parenting plan made. By the time we went to court, the judge stated that they have been with their father the last few months and should stay with him, even though I was the main caretaker with full time job, and new rental home directly across the street from their school. He later took them across the country from me, to Tennessee. He lied about his address and didn't get in trouble. He's been alienating my kids and I since. He recently had them taken from him by the state....for the 2ND TIME due to drinking and driving. They let him have them back even with years of evidence of abuse and neglect. In the meantime I have been spending thousands of dollars trying to be heard and taken seriously as their mother who is, and has been, desperately trying to get my babies out of the abuse and chaos they are being put through. I have done nothing wrong. I tried to save my children from an abusive father and he has managed to manipulate so many to get his way. And I have been in agony this whole time, waking up crying and having night terrors. My kids were kidnapped and I am being told to pay him money. Not to get them back but to support the kidnapper. The last child support payment I made went to a gaming computer for him, and a wedding ring for a woman he hadn't even known a year, and then almost killed. How could a group of professionals that claim to be there for my kids continue to allow them to live in this hell with their narcissistic father away from their loving mother! And I'm not allowed to show emotion....what a joke.

If someone can't be criminally prosecuted, they need to be allowed their right to raise their child as they see fit and haven visitation with their children. Blount County TN is taking children from parents WITHOUT including the DCS which is the agency mandated ti investigate allegations of D&N and abuse. The courts need to be reigned in and dismantled completely or made to upheld rules and laws. In my case TN JUV Rule 3.01 was completely ignored and for 2 years I have been treated like a criminal and denied access to my child all without ANY DCS involvement.

Our children are killing themselves as young as 10yrs old. As some judge hands that child over to the abusers without conscience or liability. Parental alienation will DESTROY the child. Family Court Reform is in order, as judges just hand our children over to the highest bidder while the child and other parent loose each other. Then that child, to survive, complies with whatever their abuser expects them to feel, think, and act. It’s called Stockholm Syndrome.

All have abused me and my son. They just took my rights away with no real evidence or reasoning and gave my son to his father who has raped me which is why i left him, he continued to try to touch me and said alot of sexual things i have proof of everything i have proof that the gal lied about his address and the judge was seriously abusive they violated many of my rights in many ways and since i dont have a lawyer they have gotten away with giving my son to his rapist father. I need help to save my son. And i know its happening all over and it is breaking my heart to see how often this happens. They called me unfit and ive done everything for my son for 4 years ive had sole custody and never denied his dad visitation which he also claimed i did his dad hasnt paid child support in almost a year and all this was done in the wrong jurisdiction cause me and my son havent lived in Cumberland va in 3 years . Please if anyone can help me find a good lawyer or something im struggling a peice of me is being ripped away and both me and my son are undiagnosed autistic which also got throw as a bad thing autistic people and children are beautiful souls who dont need diagnosis to beable to learn and grow knowing your autistic is enough and its not bad

The commissioner slapped a TRO on me . I wasn't allowed to talk to my son. It also stated , Nico was not allowed to leave State . We lived in Upstate New York , my son was in school , I was working we had a very nice home just my son & I. Nico was a minor 14 years old.
This corrupt mafia court stole our civil rights , our American Dreams our lives !
We.DEMAND THESE DIRTBAGS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I LOST MY SON MY JOB OUR HOME , THEN THIS SHIT HOLE COURT, Court ordered me to move back to Missouri , because this court handed my son over to his abusive father . Who is a criminal.
My son is 21 now & he has been held prisoner with his father. My son isn't allowed to work . His father has denied my son's gluten - free diet which is a health risk to my son's being . Nico was diagnosed with celiac.disease when he was 9 years old . His father had no health care insurance for my son to see doctors , especially a GI doctor . My son use to have a beautiful smile under my roof . My son's teeth have all deteriorated . He doesn't smile anymore.
