I come from a Christian household, and seeing the trans flag on campus makes me feel a bit uncomfortable because I’m not used to it. I might feel that a university should stay neutral and not show any one group’s flag. I’d say it’s better if the campus keeps things equal for everyone. That’s why I’d support the flag being taken down, just so no one feels left out or uneasy. It just feels biased and rather not inclusive to all of us.

I was raised in a home where public areas were kept free of any group specific symbols or flags. I don’t think inclusivity works by highlighting one group over others in common spaces. I just want displays on campus to follow a clear and fair process so everyone feels included. My parents have also expressed regret for sending me here now.

For some, it conflicts with personal or religious values. I believe campus spaces should stay neutral and not promote one group's views over others. Sephora would not tolerate open hatred and lies towards any other minority, but is equivocating and waffling because the hatred is “only” aimed at Jews. Going to school was hard for him… Mr Mark’s kindness and goofy personality made a huge difference. My brother always enjoyed music class and his time with Mr Mark. Mr Mark’s kindness towards my family will never be forgotten. This is a huge loss for the SFX community. This is also another failure and mistake of the archdiocese to add to their very long list of failures and mistakes. Shame on them
