I had a miscarriage at 19 because I had to keep working my 2 very physically demanding jobs in order to pay for the apartment that I shared with my boyfriend and another male roommate. I paid 100% of all the bills and my bf had no job. I didn't have the luxury not to work and I'm sure that is the reason I had a miscarriage. If this is considered criminal than the men who also stood by and did nothing to help me are equally as guilty. A man neglecting his woman and a fetus who isn't born yet should be criminal! The main reason we get abortions is because we know we and especially the father are not mature enough to raise a child. If this assanine law passes, then the men should also be charged with murder and neglect too.

My boyfriend and other male roommate refused to work and chip in for bills. I lost my child because my boyfriend couldn't be responsible and help work. If their gonna say abortion is criminal, than the men who neglected that fetus should also be equally accountable. A lot of women get abortions because they know the FATHER wouldn't help support them. Who's the really criminal here?

The medical name for a miscarriage is a spontaneous abortion. This is a vital medical procedure that could save a women's life. I know it saved mine. If this goes through, then men should be punished too for masterbating but I know that won't happen because it's always the woman who gets punished.
