I have been playing this game for so long. Along with many others like myself we grew up playing the board game. So when it became and electronic game of course we were excited . I have been playing since it was developed. I have spent a lot of money on in app purchases for dice, pegs and a multitude of things. It’s unfair that myself and many others can NEVER complete the entire of collections of the Albums. The Partner Games because the game is rig for the player to lose. My oldest daughter use to play as much as me. She has not stop playing all together because in our words you all really be cheating. The more up you go the harder it is to reach a goal on the shutdown lane. Need one card to finish album but yet continue to get the same stickers over and over. This is a disappointment to the consumers. Allowing to win at least sometimes will keep players coming back. Applause for some of the changes great but if you all don’t start doing right by the consumers we will all be forced to delete this app and find something else. I’ve already started playing other games. When at one time I only played this one. But I’m sick of it because at this point y'all are taking advantage of your consumer base. You can not be as successful as you have become with no consumers. FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT

I think only one time, maybe twice have I completed an album. I actually spent quite a bit of money playing this game and to progress. I love seeing when a new card pops up, but I've gotten to the point, that I am shocked if it happens. I am done spending money a game that rewards you with very limited dice and sparse card variation. I continue to play, but not with the same enthusiasm I once had. Would love to see the game be less greedy without having to spend a ton of cash.

So many of us have spent so much money, only to feel like we are running in place. Lots of people are really starting to feel scammed, and it won't do anything but spread and get worse. The game is basically rigged so you can't win it really, and something has to give. It's not fair. I'll delete and move on if something isn't done for the benefit of the player. This used to be the only game I played, and it was also the first one I broke down and played. But, I have since found other games, I bounce around on about 4 other games, and I'm fine with it. Most of the people I know are also fed up with the disregard scopely has had for us players. You will end up fading out, and turn into a temporary fad, when you could have been a new spin on a timeless classic.

If it wasn't for all of us players this app wouldn't be as popular or as huge as it is right now. We made this happen.... us players! Why scopely doing us dirty in return.

They make things harder and harder, in turn making it less fun. They already know the features we want within the game but they ignore us. It’s literally digital dice and stickers! And they want to charge an entire bill payment for the little they offer.

I understand scopely is probably trying to get more money, but the constant inability to complete sets (I was 2 golden stickers away on the last event) is really frustrating. Along with the bank of monopoly, which doesn't really have good rewards, and no longer receiving actual prizes when we hit certain levels. It's very frustrating and I wish they would take into account how many players they are losing. Countless of my friends have just given up, and frankly, I'm about to as well. It's just become a waste of time with very few rewards!

There are a lot of glitches. I’ve had my stuff disappear my money disappear my dice disappear and they won’t do anything about it. They need to fix their issues and do more than what they do do for us customers I’m at the point that I’m about to stop playing this game Because I don’t feel like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of and it would not hurt them one little bit to give a little more to their customers for the amount of money that they make I’m a disabled army veteran amputee on a fixed income, but I’m basically in my bed 24 seven and I play games online to keep me from being bored to death and keep my mind occupied so I don’t have panic attacks because of my PTSD also and they do not give us enough for the amount of money that we spend and then when you send in a complaint when something goes wrong Rarely do they do anything about it? They want you to have a snapshot of it will it happens instantaneously am I supposed to have a camera ready at all times to take a picture? It happens in a blink of an eye. There’s no way to catch a picture and they use that reason not to give you back what you Lost. I’m thinking about doing a story on them on my TikTok. I have about 14,000 followers, which is not a lot but a lot of my followers have millions of followers and I can get them to share it out and maybe then if they get enough bad publicity, they might do something about it And stop cheating customers and short, changing them and making billions of dollars off of them at the same time, if things don’t change soon, I’m gonna stop being a customer and make it public. What they’re doing to their customers, which is so not fair. And it’s not as fun as it used to be. I’ve had a lot of friends already quit playing because of the way that they do on their game. They feel like they were being cheated and a couple of them were getting charged for coins. They never even purchased. I wonder how many people they do that to? Big companies like this all they care about is the money they don’t care about as customers maybe if enough people put out publicity maybe I should put it not just on my TikTok. Maybe I should put it on my Facebook my Instagram, my Favorited, my Lemon8 IX on all my platforms The way that they’re doing customers in the billions of dollars they’re making off of them and giving us customers very little for the amount of money and a lot of it feels rigged. I don’t think it’s random at all. I think they hook you in and get you in a spot to where you need just one little more thing so you can get something so that way you’ll spend your money. It didn’t used to be like that, but it is now they should be ashamed of themselves.

I myself, have considered and still do, leaving this game. Please consider making changes to make this game more rewarding and fun and less frustrating!
