This truly was my comfort show. And, what sucks the most is that when I had the opportunity to share it with someone else who needed to hear the powerful messages in this series, it was GONE. Amongst many other LGBTQIA+ shows disappearing this was one of the most heartbreaking.

I get bullied in school for being a therian, every day. I'm called a furry, a zoophile, a pedo, a weirdo, and told to kms every day. I'm a Catholic that attends public school, adding on my unsupportive family, so it makes things even worse. Us therians, alterhumans, furries, otherkin, basically everyone deserves to be included! We shouldn't be discriminated against just because we're who we are.

As a polytherian, I've hidden my identity but when I found that the school I go to has many therians like me I told them, our problem is other people making fun of us and teachers calling us stupid. I believe therian schools would be cool and effective to allow us therians have a chance to embrace our selves everyday without hesitation.

hey ima therian and iv also experienced finding a video posted of me without my consent (its been taken down) it is often hard for me to walk around school without feeling that I might get punched or jumped in the hallways so that's why I decided to sign this petition in hope that things will get better for us therian who want to express ourselves

I am a young Therian who was afraid to come out to my own parents. I was so scared that they would despise me even though they are the people I trust most. I shouldn't have to be afraid to be myself around my parents let alone people I have never talked to or seen in my entire life. Thank you for helping us feel more accepted. You are not alone.

Banning of LGBTQIA+ books is just absurd. The banning of books in general is just absurd. I get things like "Mein Kampf"(I hope I spelled that right), but that's a multi-national ban, not just some library ban. There are plenty of books that are banned for seemingly no reason. I've seen Harry Potter be banned for the religious reasons of "there's witchcraft and wizardry". Like what else do you expect? He goes to a normal school and then some guy who killed his parents dies? No, there has to be a plot. And mind you, not everyone is religious. I've also seen "Hop On Pop", a bloody Dr. Seuss book get banned for "racist portrayal", just because the eyes of people on one page are skewed to look Asian. It's a children's book! Another book banned is "Fahrenheit 451" for the "discussion of drugs" Well guess what, drugs are real, and they're scary. They're not just some fantasy we can't think of. And besides, we even learn about it in school. Let's ban school, while we're at it. So to ban LGBTQIA+ books is an obscene thing to do because I feel like it's the least of concerns on what children should be reading. It's expressive. It's their choice. People banning these books are just Republicans, and their view isn't the only one that matters. People in this community aren't "Woke crazies", they're people. One of them is someone I love. Does this make me biased? Sure. But I know that even before I started dating, I would have written the same thing. Now, I just have more experience with the wonderful people in the community. Heck, I'm considering being in the community itself. Stop banning LGBTQIA+ books. If you want your kids to not know about these people, then shove them inside their rooms and never let them see the light of day again. Because this community is growing. And your kid will see it, one way or another. LGBTQIA+ books don't harm anyone. If anything, it makes life a bit better. Better because we have experts write about things we're considering. As if we have someone on our side, even if nobody else is.

Banning books, specifically LGBTQIA+ books is completely absurd. There have been books that have been banded for things such as drugs and violence. But guess what, this is real world stuff and you can't just ban items that talk about it. We can't baby people and hide the truth, sometimes people have to face the harsh reality of life. It's scary and at some point it's going to happen whether you like it or not. This includes LGBTQIA+ its going to happen, you can't stop it so you might as well get used to it.
