Mandatory assessment for narcissistic personality disorder & sociopathy of the emotional and psychological abusers could be very helpful. Mental, emotional and psychological abuse often lead to PTSD and not uncommon for them to lead to suicide. It’s a serious issue and the legal system could be more helpful to those left in despair from this type of detrimental abuse. It absolutely should be criminal when someone intentionally tries to destroy you.

C. supported: Recognize Manipulation and Emotional abuse as Crime in Texas LawAfter reviewing footage, news and several video about the case, I was astonished by how it was all manage by the police force. I'm not from the US so you may say this has nothing to do with me, but still, seeing a man deprived of his rights, not only in a police station, but 2 TIMES in a courtroom, where impartiality and absolute justice should be the main priorities, is unbelivable. Especially in a so-called "democratic country", doesn't this so democratic nowadays huh. Jury not only wasn't diverse in ethnicity or background, it was straightup BOUGHT from another BOUGHT person, the judge herself. The judge should be a referee, a person seeking truth and reason, not a pawn of the police force. Not only that, but very few details were made public by the prosecution about the case itself (except things going in their favour). Honestly this is the first time I sign for a petition, in any website or paper or anything, because I've never felt as involved in a situation as poorly managed as this.
