My son has also been neglected academically and physically by muncie community schools. He's 8 and has autism a language impairment and a SLD. People need to be held accountable instead of pushing it under a rug or pretending it didn't happen
He needs to be held accountable for his actions. It's time to put the monsters that hurt our children away with no remorse for them. This poor child didn't ask to be harmed. This family trusted him, as he has been a family friend for years. It's time for our system to step up and make sure monsters that hurt children never get to see the day of light as their victim will not get to see the day of light, as it was taken from them.
It is an absolute nightmare, I hope that the changes are coming! I stand with this mom because I myself am deprived from my daughter! In the most outrageous way with no opportunity to a trial! My child is gone, my savings are gone, my life and my family, reputation, health are ruined to the ground! It’s a nationwide epidemic and yes! It should be investigated and orosecuted immediately, so as all such outrage across the country!
BCDSS is something my children and I have had to survive, for the last 15 MONTHS they have held my children from me, housed them unsafely, neglected them, all over truancy. The attendance charge was dropped over a year ago, WHY do they get to keep my children as long as they see fit?
I hope I am still alive to see the day when protective parents are supported in court. It should not be a crime to protect our children from abuse of any kind, inflicted upon them by anyone, especially an abusive parent/spouse. I speak from experience as my daughter is now a "statistic." We were involved with family court beginning in 2000. Despite all my evidence and pleas for help to keep my child safe, her father murdered her in 2004, during his unsupervised parenting time. I have met so many parents going through horrific experiences themselves, being kept from their children, by the abusive parent. This epidemic continues. Judges and those who are elected to keep families safe, are failing miserably. To my knowledge, I don't know of anyone who has been held accountable for these crimes against the innocent. We should not have to fight for justice. What about our human rights?
As a colleague of this mother, I can't attest to her unwavering love and dedication to her children. Her daughter is in imminent danger. This case involves bias, procedural violations, a fake doctor being investigated for federal crimes, and an abusive father that cares more about destroying this loving and intelligent mother over his children. His priorities are to abuse and defraud multiple agencies. The courts have egregiously and intentionally cause irreparable harm to this mother and her children. The court is focused on silencing the mother over correcting their abuse of power. These children are NOT SAFE. THEY NEED THEIR MOTHER.
There's an epidemic in the US of children being taken from their primary caregiver - their mother. The court doesn't appear to need a reason or evidence other than the father's word. They think nobody is watching, but we are.
