We are one of the families affected by the manipulation of Blue Hub. They said they were helping but they were only helping themselves to our hard earned money, our equity and our legacy. Their only interest is in lining their pockets with hard working people's money. Please don't let predatory lending continue in Massachusetts.

I work with mostly first time Most families buying under FHA are putting all their savings and efforts to own their first home. For them to be hit with unnecessary mortgage insurance at an 80% ore less loan to value is not right. Especially when other programs allow for MI removal.

Message to Counciman Gracey: I just became aware that a Resolution of support for this project was passed by the City Council on February 12, 2025 (Please see the attached). I, and many of my fellow neighborhood homeowners would have appreciated at least some initiative to engage us, the local, affected, homeowners. We have fought diligently over my 21 years in this area to prevent any MF developments south of Camp Wisdom Road along Clark Road This parcel of land, if built out with apartments, will further stress a high density area which currently has the WalMart, Kennemer MS, 3 convenience stores (with fueling tanks), a McDonald's, and more fast food and retail directly east across Clark Road, where it intersects with Wheatland Road. We experience high incidents of vehicle accidents weekly at this aforementioned intersection. We, the homeowners and residents of this area of Mountain Creek are VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED TO THIS DEVELOPMENT. I believe this project will be the final straw to erode our quality of life. We expected more transparency and inclusiveness from you, which you promised 2 years ago. It is now apparent that we as homeowners and voters, must realize that our elected representatives act for themselves and not for us. --- R.W. Stinson
Ronald supported: Stop the Construction of Low-Income Apartments at 7100 W. Wheatland Road, Dallas
A new development of apartments in this location not only will bring in more significant congestion in traffic, but also decrease the quality of life for the residents. There are several shopping centers, and the addition of a new complex will further increase accidents in that intersection, and cause more safety issues than we already have. I, as a resident of this community am against this development.
