This is shameful of our politicians. This family are already facing the hardest and most painful time of their lives, without the government making it worse.
We are a compassionate country and on top of that, Sunil was a net contributor to our country, we should be supporting them not kicking them out, especially when questions are still to be answered about whether he was given the level of care he should have had in our NHS. His wife has a right to have her questions answered, as part of helping her come to terms with his untimely loss.
I very much hope the home secretary does the human thing and not play politics with a young family's trauma.
I wholeheartedly support this petition and will do anything I can to help see it fulfilled in full.
This is shameful and not who we are as a country. We should be supporting this family at their most difficult time and not adding to their trauma further.
I oppose the Draft Rabbit Meat Regulations. If adopted, they would have serious consequences for animal welfare, public health, and ethical standards. I oppose legitimising the farming, slaughter and sale of rabbits. Farmed rabbits suffer horribly from birth to slaughter. Rabbits are deserving of and need our protection. By widening our circle of compassion beyond those animals that we know, we begin to understand how all are deserving of better treatment and kindness.
