I recently came across this devastating article and after doing more research, I found out that no one has being held responsible for this crime. Not only am I shattered to hear that a baby’s live was taken in the most inhumane way, but also highly concerned that our justice system is broken and justice has not being served. Let me emphasize that what happened to baby Elena is not only a crime, but also a violation of the human rights standards. She was stripped of her dignity, her innocence, and her life. The American Supreme Court MUST pursue the mother (although she does not deserve the title of mother), and the six inhumane criminals who took Elena’s life. THERE IS A MORAL OBLIGATION TO SEEK AND SERVE JUSTICE FOR ELENA. And the U.S Supreme Court is not only legally obligated to do so, but also ethically obligated to seek justice for this innocent child. Should the U.S Supreme Court not make a ruling that determines the mother’s fault for her daughter’s death- would dehumanize this child and many other children who face abuse at the hands of predators and often- of their own parent/s. The Judges in this case OUGH to make this right. Elena deserves justice- it’s the least that we can do as a nation, considering her own mother failed her.

We fought for 2 years and he IS NOT REGISTERED even after pleading guilty. He got time served for being on the watch and the few months he was in jail for breaking HIP 4 times.

This poor innocent little babys life is meant way more than what that lady put her through. I think she is an addict who got desperate and sold her baby for a hit and she knew exactly what she was doing. I don't think people should feel sorry for her because of her addiction. She un-alived her precious baby and had those sorry excuses of men do what they did . Like raw meat to a pack of wild dogs. She and the other monsters don't need the death penalty , they need to suffer in prison and let the other inmates take care of it and I just know God is protecting her up in heaven from any pain and trauma that she experienced on earth. We are out babies voices and voices for other babies. We have to do everything we can to protect them from the evil that walk amongst us everyday. I will always be my child's advocate and I will stand for others that don't have a voice. I really hope and pray that all charges stick and that she and the other monsters get sentenced accordingly. I'm sorry little baby that you had to endure that pain and trauma , you are important and we are all saying your name and you will never have to experience pain and suffering anymore, will you forever play and laugh and have fun up there in heaven ❤️
