Key witnesses, including Kelsey Harris, gave conflicting statements, and Megan Thee Stallion outright lied about the events that took place. Despite these inconsistencies, the media pushed a narrative that painted Tory as guilty from the start, making it impossible for him to receive an unbiased trial. Gender bias and industry politics played an immense role in this case, as the push to believe Megan at all costs overshadowed the facts and disregarded Tory’s right to due process. Additionally, his 10-year sentence is excessive compared to similar cases, exposing clear disparities in the justice system. No one should be convicted based on speculation, bias, or political agendas rather than undeniable proof.
