A man comes home from a long bid, changes his life 1000% around and still gets violated and blamed from B.S. when it’s super obvious that he was incarcerated doing the PPP loans time.
Nothing but positivity, great music and wisdom this man was giving back to his community and then they go and do this to him. It’s so unfair and criminal.
He plays a major role in the youths life by helping guide them in the right direction instead of going down the path he took his past.
If a man can’t live with positivity and help change millions of lives but using his experience, then what has America really become???
Release this man and allow him back with his family & loved ones!
The modern day slavery must STOP.
GOD WILL ALWAYS OVERCOME!
Free this innocent man asap!!!
My grandson is going through the same kind of hell, it started at Forsyth county jail, then ended up in Davis county jail for 2 years. And then he was sent to Bertie correctional institution where he has only been there a couple months and had been stabbed in the same day just below his eye and in his rib punctured his liver. Nobody notified the family but I care in person inside that called me. Our system sucks. My grandson got caught up in a situation where he should not have been and he has ADHD and he was just 20 years old. He was involved with three other guys, and what he did was wrong but it was not wrong enough for him to be incarcerated as long as he was or is rather. If not for him they would have not known who the other three people were. And the other three people threatened to shoot him if he did not go through with it. He has a three-year-old son he is not seen since he was 9 months old. So yes our system sucks and nobody cares about it. But all of those people that are hurting all those people in the system are going to have to answer for that someone Higher one day. That is the only thing that gives me peace.
The injustices we continue to endure is shameful. He is supposed to be under care, custody and control inside the D.O.C
It's about accountability, no person is above the law without consequence and penalty. I know about the inhumane treatment and conditions of being incarcerated. It's worse for Chauncey being a high profile inmate. He needs the inspector generals office or U.S. Marshall's to intervene and investigate these matters. He's there to serve his time in peace not to be harassed and taken advantage of by the correctional officers under sworn oath to protect him from misabuse of self and others.
I truly do pray the forces that be takes control and punish the trespassers of the law. No person is above the law.
I understand what it feels like to have a loved one wrongfully incarcerated,I’m dealing with it now.my older from Pasadena was arrested out in Vegas on a trip with a female, I guess the female and the officers got into a physical altercation.my brother wasn’t involved, he had just been released on parole and couldn’t be in trouble cause he was basically on his 2nd strike.but they took him to jail with the female but they released her and kept him cause he had prior conviction's , and is out on parole. They’re pinning the assault charges on my brother ,they’re trying to wash him.thats why I’m helping out anyway I can with this situation I understand what it feels like.
This man is being mistreated by those officers and is speaking out and letting us/y'all know that his life is in danger and he isn't safe where he's at. I've been an onlooker and a supporter, and have only seen him doing nothing but positive things since his prior release. This is unjust and needs to be addressed by the proper authorities and investigated to ensure safety and fair treatment of ALL INMATES. especially this man.
