It plays a crucial role in our health, education, safety, and so much more. <br> <br> As someone with disabilities, I carry dreams and hopes for a brighter future, and I truly want to make a positive difference.<br> <br> The removal of Section 504 would mean taking a step backwards for our society. It would strip away our freedoms and basic human rights—rights that every individual deserves. I ask you, not just for the sake of others, but also for your own wellbeing. Each of us will feel the consequences if this essential support is taken away, and it will inevitably impact our loved ones too.<br> <br> I genuinely believe that the world is capable of kindness and compassion. Many teenagers, like myself, are politically educated and want a say in who rules our country. If the voting age is lowered, it means that younger voices would be heard, it would promote more voting, and possibly encourage more teens to educate themselves politically to prepare. Sixteen year olds should be allowed to vote and stand for what they believe in.
