It severly cripples the youtube entertainment producer and consumer. Youtube does not do this through a personal means, it uses an automated system to seek out and flag videos (Usually ones with alot of views, i.e. major youtubers). This is resulting in big time names getting punished for some of there most successful videos, that when they made them, the company represented in their video allowed it. So all in all, there are copy right infringements, but most that are being flagged are not researched and just slapped on their because of an out of control automated system. There are not alot of job oppurtunities anymore, even with college. There are a number of people that work hard on youtube to entertain and do a great job and deserve the money they make, and YouTube does not need to forget that they started small and now that they are a powerhouse they should not disregard the others trying to make it.
