Originally you had the service completely unlimited on 3G and eventually had it throttled down to 256Kbps. Even though customers had signed up before this was put into effect you still had it changed for them instead of just new customers. Isn't this called bait and switch? I thought bait and switch was illegal but yet you have done this to all customers instead of new customers. Why this is extremely important is that people signed up to get completely unlimited service not to be baited and switched to something else. Even getting the service throttled down to 50% isn't that bad of a compromise. As in my area I have never had a single issue with the speeds slowing down when it was completely unlimited. If there was an issue with network congestion then my speeds would have slowed down. I truely think throttling isn't the answer to network congestion. I think smart metering would be a more viable option. As this would automatically even out all speeds of customers during network congestion and cause no fuss with others getting a faster speed than others. All throttling does is cause people get more upset and want to just cancel their service do to not getting what they originally paid for. Those who sign this petition agree with this and will all cancel thier service if nothing is done to resolve this issue. Even without this petition there is probably already thousands of people that are probably going to end up cancelling at the end of the month because of this unbearable throttling speed that can't barely load web pages and can't load videos at all.
