Data breaches need strict guidelines on how to handle them.

1. Immediate card freeze.
2. Mandatory card reset.
3. Required guides to be emailed to everyone explaining what happened, how it happened and how it could effect them if they're careless. Then some information on how to protect other accounts before they just blow it off because the consequences can be VERY costly.
