We are constantly looking for ways to improve the My Starbucks Rewards™ program for our customers, and sometimes that change involves trade-offs. We decided to make it easier and quicker for our members to earn free drinks and added food as an option. However, I recognize how removing the free syrup and soy option has impacted you and I apologize for the inconvenience.
