Senate Bill 12-163 will make possession of up to two ounces of hard drugs such as Cocaine, Ecstasy and Methamphetamine a misdemeanor to possess in this state.  By signing this petition we will let our legislature know that this bill will endanger our families and communities through the road to decriminalization of these hard drugs.  Drug use ruins families and communities.  It is a drain on this great state of Colorado.

We recognize that treatment is an important aspect in the fight against drugs.  However, we do not believe that this is accomplished through the lessening of consequences for their use. 

Sign this petition and let the legislature know that we will not stand idly by while dangerous legislation is passed by reckless lawmakers.  We will call for the democratic removal of anyone who supports this bill.
