Her attacker broke into her house and waited for her to come home. He then proceeded to beat her and stab her, while she was nine months pregnant. He was initially charged with attempted murder, but as of Jan. 22nd, it was dropped to a burglary charge. This is not justice for someone who broke into her home and waited on her. That's premeditated. Please see that justice is served and that he is charged with attempted murder instead of burglary.
