In it's arrogance the FDA has stated several beliefs; They state that you don't have the right to be healthy. They state that you do not have the right to consume what you choose or make those choices regarding your children. They also believe that you have no ability to make a legal decision without govt restrictions. These thefts of your Constitutionally granted freedoms are not to be tolerated by thinking people.

The ONLY reason that the FDA exists is to protect and improve the health of the people of this nation and they fail miserably at it. Now they assert that we do not have "the right to physical and bodily health"? If it is not a right, if there is no importance in this goal, then why does the FDA even exist? Is it not inseparably implied in life, liberty, and the pursuit happiness? Are we to be "legally" restricted to the right to failing health, tyranny, and the pursuit of being kept busy?

They state "There is no right to consume or feed children any particular food." If we as the parents do not have the right to make informed decisions regarding our children's nutrition and health and our own, then who else does? Do you know your child's needs and health issues better than a paint by number DC bureaucrat? This is NOT an authority granted to the federal govt by the Constitution, so not even Congress can give the FDA the power to make this law. Technically if you read the Constitution, only Congress can make ANY federal laws, and those are restricted to the powers and authority granted in the Constitution.

To break it down simply, since this is a power or authority retained by either the state or the people, the federal govt has absolutely no right to dictate what you will and will not consume. How you will treat your health issues or choose to avoid other treatments. Only YOU have that right. So how has it been stolen from you, without your permission, and delegated to some unstated other entity? Who now has the right to decide what you consume? When did they get that right? Who had the authorization to take that right from you and give it to someone else? We don't know who, but i guarantee you that some drug companies and some agricultural businesses are going to become very wealthy and very powerful.

Unfortunately since this decision has been written other govt people have taken to heart the intent to steal your freedoms, and Freedom lies bleeding. In Calif the state decided that they can vaccinate your daughter without parental knowledge or consent - but they don't have to pay for the children that will die or be permanently injured from the inevitable adverse events; that is the only reason to keep the parents around. To pay for the damage.

In Wisconsin, judge Fiedler ruled that Wisconsin citizens to not have the inherent right to own a cow, to milk that cow, to consume that milk, to keep that cow on a farm, and he actually extended that to state you have NO RIGHT to grow or consume any food at all. Needless to say, this flies in the face of over 236 years of legal precedent in this country alone, and growing and eating your own food was literally a necessity in the colonization and expansion of this country not to mention the basis of making civilization viable.

Again we ask, if we have no right to raise the food we eat, who now has that right, when did they receive this authorization, and from whom? It sounds like insanity, or an attempt to force every single person in America to buy only factory food. You can find literally hundreds of old USDA publications teaching you how to raise virtually every food at home so we obviously have always had that right.

There is now an attempt by the American Medical Association to get congress to pass legislation requiring EVERY ADULT CITIZEN to take part in vaccination studies. Is this freedom? Who thinks they have the right to force you to do something that may be totally against your belief system or unsafe for your individual biochemistry?

All of these thefts of your freedom stem from non action on our part as citizens. All of these thefts are illegal and unconstitutional. All of these thefts occur at the instigation of corporate people working within our "protective" agencies and making policies beneficial to the industries which they work for.
