Misappropriating funds entrusted by Philadelphians in order to pay personal expenses is not acceptable. At the very least it is unethical, if not a crime. If a lawyer misappropriated funds from a client, he or she would be disbarred. ETHICS SHOULD NOT BE OPTIONAL.
