EVer since facebook added "Trending" topics to the sidebar of users' front page, there has been public outcry about "...Facebook [is] becoming Twitter." and "That's stupid that we can't disable an option we don't want so we're leaving facebook." (Last paraphrased) on the Answers forum. Facebook is NOT Twitter, nor do we want it to become as such. We can make a difference by telling Facebook we won't stand for forcefed items on our pages that we can't disable! So please, add an option to remove Trending topics from our page or just get rid of it all together!
