Gaben should release all information regarding steamOS and the next two announcements today. Waiting serves no purpose, and gaben could die on the meantime (heart attack, collapsing on his own mass, car accident) and people infiltrated on valve could stray the steamOS path from its pure form so proprietary platforms don't go extinct.
