In recent years for smaller events, we've seen tickets sold at higher than face value by scalpers and retailers such as StubHub/eBay/Craigslist.  This petition is requesting that the DMB management team/Warehouse/those in charge of rules and guidelines for ticket sales to make all small scale events/limited engagements will call/pick up only to ensure these tickets go to actual fans, instead of going to scalpers.
