Recently, lightning attacks has escalated. Lightning attacked a group of hikers in Colorado on Saturday, killing one man and injuring many other hikers. The Friday just before, another attacked caused the death of a women and injuring eight people. This has gone on long enough. I've done countless hours of research and would like to share some statistics with you. 

Since 1953, there has been over 3,500 lightning fatalities 

There have been countless of other injuries caused by attacks from lightning

Chance of winning powerball lottery: 1 in 175,223,510

Chance of getting attacked by a shark: 1 in 11,000,000

Chance of being struck by lightning: 1 in 3,000

Now, I dont know about you but that is ridiculous. Its outrageous and egregious. Lightning must be banned. Please sign this petition to ban lightning from the U.S. Together we can stop lightning and put an end to it's attacks.
