Where do I start...He's still there. They refuse to respond to anything. They hired a big law firm outta DM I'm guessing to intimidate me ....that worked till it pissed me off all of about 5 min. I've sent proposals after proposal for board and trains in home trainers zoom trainers you name it I tried it and they either ignored my emails texts etc even when I certified mailed them still nothing.  He's been there 5 1/2 months....that is excessive and my poor boy had to be put on meds because of anxiety and stress and has the audacity to tell the judge they were fixing the problem!!! No stupid you are the problem!!! I'm sorry this stuff gets me riled.   I'm going to bring a civil suit against Kathy Pike and City of Ames Animal Control  etc  got 16 violations/ suits whatever you want to call it. What bothers me the most is that for Kathy it's not about Tyson or public safety anymore it's about her reputation  and winning making sure we don't get him and I'm not sure why. We love our animals they are like our kids and Tyson was even more.  He was/is Todd's companion his best friend his service 🐕‍🦺 and his ESA.  But keep praying for us ... Keep sending this... Oh the biggest thing is Todd got a dx of right side heart failure we now measure his time in weeks to months... His only wish is Ty be with him thru these days... I explained the situation and NO they will not accept our proposal for ty to come home for Todd's last days and they haven't accepted any thing to date they probably won't. Ok ..... The look on Todd's face when I told him is burned into my soul.... I will never forget that.  Feel free to call and ask for Kathy Pike tell her to let Ty come home... I don't know what else to do. Thanks for your support it means the world to us .... We never wanted to fight we have been compliant from day 1 they decided along time ago they were gna get Ty and they sure didn't think I'd fight like I am . ,
