Dear Supporters,
Thanks to each of you, our petition to stop the outrageous lease rate increases at Music City Executive Airport has now reached 115 verified signatures — and growing. Your support is making waves.
But now, we must take the next critical step.
The Music City Executive Airport Authority Board will meet at 6:00 PM on Monday, May 19, and we need as many of you there as possible. This is our opportunity to show the board — and the county — that we are not just signatures on a screen. We are a community of passionate, informed individuals who refuse to be ignored.
We’re calling on everyone to attend and voice their strong opposition to the proposed lease hikes — especially the possibility of an absolutely absurd five-fold increase to $2.50/sqft as suggested by City Councilman and Airport Board Member Pascal Jouvence at the March meeting.
Despite the community outcry, we have received no official response from the board since the news of this drastic rate hike broke. We are watching closely to see how the board conducts itself at this meeting — and rest assured, our legal preparedness stands ready should this process continue without fairness or transparency.
This is our moment to do exactly that!
