The younger ones are appointed as Left Prime Ministers to assist them in defining the path of the wise and virtuous throughout the world, formulating a unified constitution for humanity and heaven, and guiding the global elders' conference to unify the morality of humanity and heaven. The monarch of any commune, like the first emperor, holds the priesthood of success, called the Holy Throne, and is considered the father and mother of the people.

The Holy Heavenly Parents are enshrined in the old temple of the town, the Two Emperors are enshrined in the King's Temple, the deceased are enshrined in the Marquis's Temple, the Marquis Elders enshrine the tablet of the Holy Marquis, the Earls Elders enshrine the tablet of the First Emperor, and the King Elders enshrine the tablet of the Holy Mother.

The Duke's basic government commune is responsible for managing the central temple of his kingdom: offering millet, fruits, and other gifts; rank and attire; worshipping God; enshrining the tablets of the Three Emperors; upholding the imperial authority; holding the year-end fast; and offering sacrifices to the king and his 15 oldest saints in gratitude for their leadership of morality and ethics.

The Holy Maiden Palace represents the Holy Maiden Palace in holding the year-end fast to rectify human and divine morality.

The right prime minister of each level of basic government commune is responsible for assisting the commune monarch and queen in unifying morality and admiring the great righteousness of the saints: any saint is the first moral authority of any commune, any oldest saint is the high priest who leads the heavens and man in his commune, and any saintess is the deputy priest who leads the heavens and man. The so-called high priests "represent the saints to show their faces, "put on a show," and fill the space. The so-called deputy priests "go through the motions for the high priests" and "show their gratitude to the high priests for communicating with the heavens and man."

◇12. The sage's seat is the old temple of his commune. Only the sage, teacher, and unmarried men reside there. The monarch's seat is the central palace of his commune. Only the holy maiden, sage, monarch, and queen reside there. Both must uphold the holy maiden's virtues, and the women actively support the unified functions of their respective commune's queen. If justice is served in the commune, the sage and monarch will have nothing to worry about.
