ہم، پاکستان اور دنیا بھر کے وہ افراد جو انصاف اور دیانت داری پر یقین رکھتے ہیں، حکومتِ پاکستان اور متعلقہ اداروں سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ انجینئر محمد علی مرزا کے خلاف درج مقدمے میں شفاف، غیر جانبدار اور منصفانہ عدالتی عمل کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔

انجینئر محمد علی مرزا ایک محقق، مصنف اور دین کے سنجیدہ طالب علم ہیں۔ انہوں نے ہمیشہ اپنی تقاریر اور لیکچرز میں قرآن و سنت کی بنیاد پر امتِ مسلمہ کو اتحاد، رواداری اور علمی مباحث کی طرف بلایا ہے۔ ان کا بنیادی پیغام نفرت اور فرقہ واریت کے بجائے علم، برداشت اور اخلاص پر مبنی ہے۔

ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ:

جھوٹے الزامات نہ صرف ایک فرد کی زندگی برباد کرتے ہیں بلکہ معاشرے میں فساد اور بے یقینی کو بھی جنم دیتے ہیں۔
پاکستان کے آئین اور قانون کے مطابق ہر شہری کو یہ حق حاصل ہے کہ اس کے خلاف کسی بھی الزام کی غیر جانبدارانہ تفتیش اور منصفانہ سماعت ہو۔
اسلام ہمیں عدل و انصاف قائم کرنے اور جھوٹے الزامات سے بچنے کی تعلیم دیتا ہے۔

اسی بنیاد پر ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ:

انجینئر محمد علی مرزا کے خلاف مقدمے کی شفاف اور غیر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات کی جائیں۔
ان کی جان و مال کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔
عدالتی عمل میں کسی بھی قسم کا دباؤ یا تعصب شامل نہ کیا جائے۔
ہم سب کا یقین ہے کہ انصاف کا بول بالا پاکستان کو مزید مضبوط اور پرامن بنائے گا۔

We, the undersigned individuals from Pakistan and around the world who believe in justice and fairness, demand that the Government of Pakistan and relevant authorities ensure a transparent, impartial, and fair judicial process for Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza.

Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza is a researcher, author, and serious student of Islamic knowledge. Throughout his lectures and writings, he has consistently emphasized unity, tolerance, and scholarly discussion based on the Qur’an and Sunnah. His message has always been one of knowledge, sincerity, and rejection of sectarian hatred.

We believe that:

• False accusations not only destroy the life and reputation of an individual but also create unrest and division in society.
• According to the Constitution and laws of Pakistan, every citizen has the right to a fair investigation and trial without bias or pressure.
• Islam itself teaches us justice, fairness, and protection from false allegations.

Therefore, we demand that:

• A transparent and impartial investigation be conducted regarding the case against Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza.
• His safety and security be guaranteed.
• The judicial process remain free of any undue pressure, prejudice, or influence.
• We firmly believe that upholding justice strengthens peace and stability in Pakistan.
