Russian Presidential elections are scheduled for March 2024

It's a window of opportunity to invite candidate Putin to renounce by himself to a 5th Mandate 

The same idea worked in Algeria in 2019, where President Bouteflika renounced to be candidate to a 5th Mandate, because people protested against candidate Bouteflika:

That's what inspired me to start this petition: a change that respects law and constitutional order (article 33, Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation)

With enough signatures (at least 100 Million), candidate Putin will renounce by himself to the Kremlin race, to avoid public embarrassement
