So now Zoom car has stopped paying a refund to the completed trips.

I have 3 booking refund pending and has been more than 2 months.

Whenever you complain they repeat the same thing give us the time we are in the process to do it.

But no action has been taken yet.

Someone should regulate this.

I want everyone whose refund is still pending with Zoomcar to come together and file a strong case against them legally as they have clearly mentioned in the policy that refund will be initiated under 30 working days.

I fear they are continuously using our money and can even fly away with it.

Let's come together and help each other out.
