Zoo Negara is facing a financial crisis because of the loss of income caused by the  of COVID-19. Zoo Negara zoology, veterinary & Giant Panda Conservation Centre director, Dr Mat Naim Ramli, said they only have enough emergency funds to last three month.

So now, you can adopt your own animal online. Zoo Negara Malaysia has partnered with Ticket2u to create a new way for people to donate, allowing donors to support ‘Adopt An Animal’ initiatives and Zoo Negara will be getting the financial support needed to take care of our animals family.

Zoo Negara is managed by the Malaysian Zoological Society, a non-governmental organization that survives mainly through its gate collection and sponsorship from individuals, schools and corporate companies.

All of the animals are up for adoption and you may help us adopt one by maintaining its annual food, enrichment and veterinary care. In return, you will receive a certificate of adoption stating your selected animal
