Last night (10/13/2021), the Delaware Township Zoning Board unanimously passed a motion to DISAPPROVE the zoning appeal for the proposed high-density housing development on Liberty Road.

We are grateful for that Board's integrity, for their attention to detail, and their commitment to their residents. Thank you.

We are grateful we live in a country where this is possible.

And, our work is not done. This property has wetlands that need to be restored and we wish to see that happen. There are other properties that need to be saved from unbridled growth and development.
