Amending the zone of the current vacant land will have no benefit to our community.  Fallbrook Farms homeowners purchased in this neighborhood based on the precedence that a possible church/school could be built here.  It is in no way fair to homeowners to bait and switch the current use of this land to anything that does not positively impact our community as a whole.   Applying more strain on our resources, further overcrowding our schools, and contributing to the already steady issue of traffic is not in the best interest of this community or surrounding neighborhoods.
