The UN is now requesting stories from around the world where the judicial sectors have incriminated survivors of domestic violence.

This has only worsened during the COVID pandemic, and many families are suffering parental alienation which has long term detrimental effects on a child’s emotional development.

Criminals are always offered a court appointed attorney, but any parent who attempts to enter into a DR case pro se oftentimes suffer the tragic impacts of parental alienation, and the ones who suffer most are the children.

The criminal justice system is constantly funneling all their assets towards protecting the rights of criminals.  Let’s make a change and protect the rights of parents and children who have no advocacy
