In 2019, I endured egregious abuse and relentless bullying at the hands of a teacher, targeted either due to my diverse background or simply because of my gender identity as a "Boy". This traumatic experience has etched deep wounds in my memory, occurring within the premises of "Podar International School Nerul CBSE And ICSE".

Despite seeking solace from psychologists and relying on medication to cope, I continue to battle sporadic suicidal thoughts and persistent anxiety throughout each day.

Regrettably, despite my parents' efforts to advocate for justice by contacting the school's Principal, no tangible action has been taken against the perpetrator.

Tragically, my plight is not an isolated incident. Countless children, irrespective of gender, endure similar abuse in their homes and educational institutions, suffering unjustly.

Moreover, the alarming rise in student suicides across the nation is fueled by the intolerable pressure they face and the mistreatment inflicted upon them by those in positions of authority.

Therefore, I am launching this petition on Change.org to amplify the voices of these vulnerable children and to shed light on the widespread plight afflicting our nation's youth.

Swift and decisive action must be taken against any adult who perpetrates abuse against a child, whether they be a parent or a teacher.
